Overhaul and draught proof of existing windows including dis-mantling of the existing window and disposing of the staff beads, parting beads and cords, re-balance of the weights and install new nylon cords, new timber parting beads including draught stripping, routing of the meeting rail to install track and draught stripping, new timber staff bead including draught stripping, full set of fittings including key operated security restrictor locks.
The window will still be single glazed but will run smoothly, be draught sealed and no more rattles!
This service does not include preparation or decoration although the new beadings and any bare timber will be undercoated and the window left tidy.

We can supply and fit double glazed bespoke sliding sashes to fit your existing box frames, made to replicate your original sliding sashes but incorporating high spec gas filled energy saving glass units. The new sashes can be constructed from Redwood or Accoya timber and will be fully spray painted before arrival to site.
